POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to own front-desk communications and become the first voice customers hear. This is a long-term, team-embedded role not a back-office contractor position, with real opportunity to grow into a broader operations function as the company expands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and text messages from customers
- Schedule service inspections and appointments through the company’s CRM
- Guide customers through a consultative, low-pressure sales conversation, booking service rather than hard- selling
- Document every customer interaction clearly and concisely in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide backup phone coverage alongside the existing front-desk team member during peak call volume
- Conduct outbound calls to past customers and warm leads to request reviews and re-engage previous estimates (roughly 10 hours/week)
- Communicate proactively with the internal team throughout the day via company chat.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong spoken and written English, with minimal accent.
- Proven customer service or phone support experience; sales experience a plus
- Excellent documentation habits, able to summarize customer conversations clearly and accurately
- Comfortable with a consultative, relationship-first approach to sales
- Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask across phone, email, and text
- Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (one-hour lunch)
- Target pay range: $9–$12/hour, based on experience GROWTH OPPORTUNITY This role is built for someone who wants to grow. The company invests heavily in training and is looking for a long-term team member who can eventually take on greater ownership — potentially growing into an operations management role as the customer service function expands.
