✅ Minimum Requirements (must-have. Non negotiable):
• Fluent English (B2+ level)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads for Lead Generation (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (15+ accounts preferred)
• Strong experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and performance tracking
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
• Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize 15+ small client accounts across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports
• Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to each client
• Execute consistent A/B testing across campaigns
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and results
