We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Processing Clerk to support our operational and administrative functions. In this role, we handle the collection, processing, and verification of data related to facility services, client accounts, and vendor activities. Our work ensures that information is accurate, organized, and readily available to support decision-making and daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • We collect, process, and input data into company systems and databases
  • We verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • We process work orders, invoices, and service records efficiently
  • We maintain and update client, vendor, and facility information
  • We generate reports and summaries for internal teams and management
  • We organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • We collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
  • We follow data security procedures to protect sensitive information

Qualifications

  • We require a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • We prefer prior experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative roles
  • We expect strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • We value experience with databases or facility management systems
  • We require excellent attention to detail and accuracy
