We’re a talent agency representing a roster of YouTube creators. Our messengers handle the inbound conversations from those creators’ most engaged fans, turning goodwill into creator revenue. You’ll be part of a rapidly growing, pod-based team with clear metrics and a real career path.

What you’ll do every day

Run DM conversations
Manage inbound messages from fans across our creator accounts. Build rapport, respond in-voice, know when to listen and when to lead.
Close gratitude tips
Recommend exclusive content at the right moment in the conversation. Your commission tracks directly to the tips you generate.

Salary + commission
Choose a base salary or pure-commission track. Commission is 4–6% of tips collected. Top messengers scale into multiple creator accounts.
