Full-time Remote Appointment Setter

If You’re Great on the Phone, This Is the One. USD pay, every two weeks.

What this job IS

You’ll spend your day on the phone helping people walk into a gym for the first time. Real calls, real conversations, real outcomes.

How you talk to people matters more than how many people you call. We pay attention to the quality of your conversations, not just the count.

Following up across multiple touchpoints without losing your warmth or your momentum. You close conversations, you don’t drop them.

Full-time, 9-hour shifts inside an 8AM–12AM ET window with a 1-hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Multiple shifts available.

Paid in USD, bi-weekly. Real systems, provided scripts, daily team communication. You’re not winging it and you’re not alone.

What this job IS NOT

Not a chill remote customer service job. This is high-volume phone work, 100+ conversations a day. If you’ve never carried that kind of phone rhythm, you’ll feel it.

Not for people who go cold under pressure. Staying warm and clear when someone is distracted, short, or rude is the job, not the exception.

Not a pushy sales role. Your job is to ask the right questions and help the right people get to their first session, not to pressure anyone into anything.

Not entry-level. 2–3 years on the phone in customer service, hospitality, or outbound calling is the floor.

Not for people who go dark. Weekend availability and consistent communication are part of the role.

What We’re Looking For.

2–3 years on the phone in customer service, hospitality, or outbound calling.

Fluent English. Clear, neutral accent, easy to understand on a phone call. Assessed before any interview.

Available for a 9-hour shift within the 8AM–12AM ET window. Weekend availability required.

Genuine enjoyment of people-facing work. Not something you push through. Something you look forward to.

A 60–90 second voice or video note included with your application. No recording, no review.

Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, reliable internet with backup, noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace.
