Key Objectives
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials to optimize executive productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executives’ schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, both virtually and in-person.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with project tracking, follow-ups, and task management to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a technology or software environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
