📋 Your Mission Will Be To:

  • Systematically organize and work through assigned lead lists to identify potential opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls to engage with prospective customers and students.
  • Monitor the performance and progress of various sales campaigns.
  • Ensure all interactions and campaign data are accurately documented within the CRM systems

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Ability to engage with customers/prospects in a face-to-face environment as needed
  • Proficiency in HubSpot is required for campaign tracking, with additional experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • A warm, friendly, and empathetic personality that allows for genuine connection with educators and adult learners.
  • A strong passion for the education sector and supporting learners’ professional development.
