In Cleaning in Motion, our Growth Hackers are superheroes. They usually save the day, keep the client and team on track to success and keep their personalities and emotion in check.

As a Growth hacker in our Agency, you will act as a marketing expert, execute PPC campaigns, advise the team and clients on best marketing and sales strategies, share knowledge, and empower the team with expertise and tools.

Aside from being responsible for managing the paid advertising campaigns, you will also act as a liaison between the internal team and our customers. Your main goal is to ensure campaign results from our advertising campaigns and weekly or daily optimization from all of your campaigns. In addition, your objective will not only be to increase customer retention but to ensure customers are thrilled to be working with Motion!

Main Responsibilities

1) Creating, developing & implementing effective long- and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS.

2) Managing PPC budgets while strengthening platform accounts and key client relationships.

3) Executing & optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.

4) Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Facebook ads, Social Media ads, Bing).

5) Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research.

Managing and editing campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize ROAS,

6) Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spending.

7) Reporting KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards.

8) Producing engaging, clear, and concise copy for campaigns

Ensuring campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.

9) Reducing the risk of click fraud and irrelevant spending.

10) Staying up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and applying them where relevant.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEM.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, with Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook Ads, TikTok Bing.
  • You’ll need strong analytical and numeracy skills, and be confident in translating large amounts of data into comprehensible or visual reports.
  • Expertise in using and manipulating paid search dashboards to optimize spending.
  • Confidence using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and experience presenting reports and optimizations.
  • High attention to detail

· Understanding and ability to strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditional forms of media

· Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, engineering (Preferred but not required)

· 2+ Years Experience In Marketing, Advertising, managing paid ads campaigns.
