Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract, Remote)

The Queer Trans Project (QTP) is a Black- and Trans-led 501(c)(3) providing free gender-affirming resources to queer and trans people across the U.S. Our digital marketing directly supports access to care, community engagement, and sustainable fundraising.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and coordinate our digital marketing efforts in close collaboration with QTP’s Directors. This is a hands-on contractor role for someone who knows nonprofit systems and can independently execute within a clear monthly scope.

Key focus areas include:

• Managing and optimizing Google Ad Grants
• Paid campaigns supporting free gender-affirming kits, donations, volunteers, and awareness
• Building, testing, and scheduling email campaigns and automations in HubSpot
• Supporting Givebutter campaigns and integrations
• Maintaining dashboards, reporting, and clean data flows across systems

This role does NOT manage day-to-day social media posting. It’s focused on execution, systems, and campaign coordination.

Details:

Remote | Contract
Up to 40 hours/month
$1,800–$2,600/month (retainer, based on experience)

We’re especially excited about candidates with strong experience in:
HubSpot, Google Ad Grants, Givebutter, and nonprofit digital marketing systems.
