You will drive the technology vision, create new products, and ensure the platform is highly secure, reliable, and scalable in one of the industry’s most exciting and regulated markets.

You will work alongside the executive team, align technology with strategic growth, and lead a distributed team of talented engineers, DevOps, and QA professionals. Your mission will be to modernize the gaming platform, introduce AI features, and guarantee the highest levels of compliance and security. Define and drive the technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance and business alignment.
Lead scalable architecture for iGaming systems, including wallet, games, risk, payments, and integrations.
Oversee modernization to microservices and AI-driven personalization, and develop mobile-first features.
Inspire, train, and mentor global engineering and operations teams. Foster innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Establish strong engineering culture, SDLC best practices, and robust continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
Ensure the platform meets privacy, data security, anti-fraud, and gaming industry standards.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) for cost, performance, scalability, and uptime.
Communicate technical vision to stakeholders and non-technical teams clearly and efficiently.
Lead project management, budget tracking, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Build partnerships with vendors, regulators, and suppliers for smooth integrations and market entry.

You should bring a bachelor’s or master’s in computer science (or related field), over 15 years in technology leadership, and at least 7 years in iGaming, sports betting, or casino technology. Hands-on skills with Java, modern cloud, and familiarity with US and global gaming regulations are essential. Proven success scaling regulated gaming or transactional platforms, strong team management, and deep technical knowledge from backend to cloud will set you up for success.
