The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
- Resolve customer issues accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide product, service, and account information to customers
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
