Remote Outbound Call Agent

About us: At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

About our partner: Join a fast-growing, results-driven organization specializing in real estate investment education, with a particular focus on tax lien and tax deed strategies. It empowers everyday investors — from beginners to seasoned professionals — through live events, online training, and a supportive community, hosting over 700 events annually across multiple cities in the United States. Recognized for its high-energy culture and commitment to student success, the company combines cutting-edge marketing with deep educational expertise to help people build real wealth through alternative real estate investing.

About the role: We are looking for highly engaging, professional outbound callers to join a team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the first voice registrants hear after signing up for events — your calls are a critical driver of show rates and audience experience. You will work from a provided script, manage your own call log, and operate with a high degree of autonomy across a structured daily workflow.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Place outbound confirmation calls to event registrants within 30 minutes of registration, using a provided script to introduce yourself and confirm attendance.
  • Execute follow-up calls within 24–48 hours before each event, with additional touchpoints based on registration timing and campaign stage.
  • Manage a high daily call volume: approximately 3,000–4,500 registrants per week for free preview events and around 200–250 per week for downstream workshop events.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, including contact attempts, conversation notes, and timing — data that feeds into KPI analysis linking call frequency to event show rates.
  • Support campaigns that run on a 3.5-week cycle per location, adapting call sequences based on where registrants are in the campaign timeline.

What You Bring

  • Excellent, native-level English — clear pronunciation, natural cadence, and the ability to engage warmly and confidently over the phone is the #1 requirement for this role.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer-facing phone roles; experience working with scripts is a plus.
  • Highly organized and self-directed — you must manage your own call queue and log entries accurately without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable with CRM or call-log software to record outcomes, track attempts, and support reporting needs.
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift starting around 11:00 AM to cover registrations across all three U.S. time zones.

Salary & Perks

  • Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
  • This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
  • 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking
  • Monday through Friday
  • Additional perks.
