Key Objectives
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.

Responsibilities
- Input customer orders into the order management system with precision and speed.
- Verify order details including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service to clarify order information.
- Monitor order status and update records to reflect changes or cancellations.
- Identify and escalate any order discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate documentation and order logs for auditing and reporting purposes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
