A rapidly scaling e-commerce brand collective is home to a portfolio of innovative, digitally native consumer brands. With design at the heart of every successful brand story, the team is searching for a Graphic Designer who can combine creative vision with flawless execution to elevate the look and feel of everything they produce.
The Graphic Designer role is tailored for a seasoned creative professional who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings. Rather than simply executing instructions, this individual will be expected to present bold ideas, set creative standards, and shape visually compelling narratives across multiple e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Do
- Design high-performing creative for paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Develop branded graphics for websites and landing pages
- Design marketing email assets and promotional content
- Create and refine brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines
- Design occasional print materials (e.g., product labels, packaging, inserts)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align visual output with performance goals
- Manage creative projects across multiple e-commerce brands
- Present design concepts, contribute ideas, and help evolve the visual identity of each brand
What You Need
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital ad creative, and other relevant design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools
- Understanding of what drives performance in digital ads and how design plays a role
- Ability to take initiative and present creative concepts proactively
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing deadlines independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate larger campaign initiatives and creative into display and social packages
- Experience leveraging AI rendering tools to create
- (Bonus) Experience with video content creation, packaging design, or UX/UI
