  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the campaign.
