We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst based out of our Corporate HQ in Plymouth, MN, supporting the Finance Analytics team. In this role, you’ll analyze and interpret data to drive business decision-making, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and help build a new data ecosystem while advancing analytics capabilities. This is a great fit for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and motivated to turn insights into action. This is a position being offered as a hybrid role; requiring one day in office at our Plymouth, MN Corporate Headquarters.

Primary Job Functions

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven recommendations
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and databases to support ongoing analyses
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner suitable for non-technical audiences
  • Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in data analytics, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Strong understanding of finance principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in developing and executing SQL queries and maintaining Excel workbooks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
