Teleion is looking for a Data Administrator to join our team! Successful candidates will have experience in at least two of the following three disciplines – Data Administration/Data Entry, Reporting & Analytics and Project Management – and can become well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders.

Seeking an Intermediate Data Administrator to support analytics for a large enterprise facilities team. The role will be responsible for entering data, updating workflows, and performing reconciliation across data sets. The individual should be able to follow direction and perform repeating tasks with a high level of accuracy. In this role, the Data Administrator should feel empowered to work cross-functionally in an ambiguous environment, proactively raise issues, and take ownership with minimum supervision. Looking for an individual that can work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to uphold high levels of confidentiality is a must.

Responsibility

  • Follow direction to enter data, update workflows, and perform reconciliation across complex data sets
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships across operations, analytics, and vendor/supplier performance teams
  • Work on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Update process documentation to reflect operational changes

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of data entry or data administration with accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Document data definitions, procedures, and workflows
  • Experience in project coordination & status reporting
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively even when working with competing priorities and multiple teams while maintaining speed, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
  • Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word

Desired Skills

  • Experience with work order or ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with manipulating Tableau or Power BI dashboards
