Job Description

Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS platform enterprise (100–250 employees) modernizing digital workspace tools and enterprise cloud productivity solutions. We are seeking an ambitious, highly strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to fuel their global business reporting and operational analytics efforts. This entry-level role is an aggressive career launchpad, focusing on automated dashboard architecture, market performance tracking, and cross-functional business insights discovery.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Data Visualization: Build interactive, intuitive dashboards and comprehensive reporting structures that allow global team members to monitor KPIs and track critical business metrics in real-time.

• Data Integration & ETL Maintenance: Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of raw operational data from multiple business tools into a centralized cloud data warehouse, ensuring schema and metrics accuracy.

• Business Requirement Discovery: Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders to gather analytical requirements, audit data definition logic, and translate complex business problems into actionable data models.

• Performance Reporting & Visual QA: Deliver recurring and ad-hoc commercial reporting packages, monitoring for performance anomalies while performing strict post-implementation verification on underlying data tables.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent intensive analytics bootcamp certification.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional data analysis internship, freelance projects, or a comprehensive academic portfolio demonstrating structured, data-driven problem solving.

• Technical Tooling: High proficiency with SQL (complex queries, joins, and aggregations) and advanced Excel, paired with a fundamental understanding of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and data science programming constraints.

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized given our deeply integrated global client portfolio.

• Mindset: Highly receptive to constructive technical critique, deeply detail-oriented, and possessing an empathetic, curious approach to solving data friction.
