Along with our partner, we are seeking a junior administrative team member who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. This role will support the back-office operations of the practice, helping ensure referrals, records, databases, and internal workflows are accurate and up to date.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in healthcare administration, operations, and virtual medical practice support.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming referral intakes and organize referral information.
- Enter, update, and maintain data across internal databases and tracking systems.
- Review referral documents for completeness and flag missing information.
- Organize files, forms, reports, and administrative records.
- Support non-patient-facing operational tasks for the clinical and administrative teams.
- Help track referral sources, intake status, and follow-up needs.
- Assist with spreadsheets, lists, reports, and routine data cleanup.
- Follow standard operating procedures and document completed work.
- Communicate clearly with internal team members about task status.
- Support other administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to complete tasks on time.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
- Good written communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions when unclear.
- Motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
- Prior administrative, healthcare, data entry, or operations experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience with EMRs, referral intake, or medical office workflows is a plus.
