We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The primary role is to interact effectively, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and answering inquiries through various designated communication media.
Requirements
- At least 2 Years of Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- The agent needs to have a neutral accent and a good command of the English language.

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the campaign.
