Baer is looking for Oracle Supply Planning Functional Analyst for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.
Title: Oracle Supply Planning Functional Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Description:
- Lead and execute Supply and Demand Planning processes in Oracle Cloud to enable end-to-end visibility across suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Supply and Demand Planning modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Analyze forecasting models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement replenishment planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve service levels, and support date management.
- Configure and enhance replenishment planning solutions to address unique operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Develop, test, and document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
- Identify gaps and pain points in existing planning processes and recommend optimized solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Supply and Demand Planning modules.
- Solid understanding of supply planning, demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
