​​​​​​Position: RECRUITER
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: 4 fixed holidays and 4 floating holidays
Vacation and Time Off: PTO will be flexible and should be requested with the assigned Manager.
Pay Range: USD 800 – 1,400/per month + commission ​​​​(The final offer depends on the market and client discretion)
Client Interview Process: 3 management interviews

Responsibilities:

● Source candidates using various platforms and methods to build a
robust candidate pipeline.
● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and
conducting phone screenings.
● Conduct internal assessments, pre-screening, and initial interviews.
● Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices.
● Assist in managing the overall interview and selection process.
● Maintain communication with candidates to provide updates on job
postings.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and
organizational goals.
● Assist in defining job descriptions and documenting specifications.
● Present shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration.
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
● Assist in developing a sustainable candidate-lead strategy.
● Coordinate with the Operations Manager for project updates and
reports.
● Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
● Perform other duties as assigned or needed

 Requirements:

● 2 years of recruiting experience in end-to-end recruitment.
● Knowledge using a CRM, preferably HubSpot (Nice to have)
● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
● Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working
relationships built on trust.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Comfortable making decisions independently.
● Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
● Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of
stakeholders.
● Proficient in Google Suite
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening
methods
● Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
