  • Educational BackgroundBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Professional ExperienceAt least 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Campaign ManagementDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Creative StrategyHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Optimization SkillsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Testing ExpertiseExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Analytical ProficiencySolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
