Document Processor

The Language Doctors is a leading provider of professional translation services. We are expanding our team and seeking a meticulous and dedicated Documents Processor to ensure the efficient handling, management, and timely deliveries of the documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Reviewing Documents: Carefully examine documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. 
  • Archiving Documents: Systematically organize and store documents in designated folders, ensuring easy retrieval and security. 
  • Handling Excel Sheets: Use Excel to categorize and manage data, ensuring information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. 
  • Allocating Duplicates: Identify and appropriately handle duplicate documents to maintain data integrity. 
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required to support the documentation process. 

Experience & Skills Required: 

  • Steady Internet Connection: A reliable and fast internet connection is essential for remote work. 
  • Full-Time Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule. 
  • English Proficiency: A high level of English proficiency is mandatory for effective communication and document handling. 
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Word are required for managing documents and data. 
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to be meticulous and thorough in reviewing and handling documents to ensure accuracy and quality. 
  • Technologically Savvy: Comfortable using various software and digital tools to manage documents and data. 
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to organize and maintain documents systematically. 
  • Independent Worker: Capable of working independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
