Latino Legends is proud to partner with a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry in its search for a Customer Service Representative based in Latin America. Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account-related issues
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns
- Highlight recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes
- Stay informed on products, services, and company policies
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms
- Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones
- Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month
