Customer Service Representative (Remote – LATAM)

Latino Legends is proud to partner with a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry in its search for a Customer Service Representative based in Latin America. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account-related issues
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns
  • Highlight recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes
  • Stay informed on products, services, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms
  • Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones
  • Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus

Salary: $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month
